We are all experiencing challenges related to the COVID-19 public health emergency. TRS CPA Group would like to make you aware of the steps we are taking to insure the health and safety of our clients and employees.
As of today, March 20, 2020 at 5pm we will be closing the physical doors to our office. This has been a difficult decision, but we feel it is necessary. However, this change will not impact the quality of our service in any way. TRS CPA Group will be fully functional during this uncertain time. Virtually all our staff will be working remotely to continue to provide our clients with the high level of service that you have become accustomed to.
We will be answering the phone as usual and directing all calls to the appropriate party. We will continue to serve our clients via phone, email and secure portal. We realize that you are counting on us to assist you this time of year and now, more than ever, we want to insure you that we will not let you down.
There are many ways that we can safely receive your tax information. You may send papers directly through the mail, you may upload documents to our secure portal, or you may utilize the monitored drop box in our vestibule.
